I can come up with legitimate, degrading comments for just about every single type of music, even the kinds I like.
Everyone's entitled to their opinions, but being brutally honest when you share them is not always the best idea.
Anyway, on topic, dubstep is just beyond the level of electronica I like. There are some trancy/dancy/ambient songs by predominantly dubstep artists that I enjoy, but mainstream dubstep itself isn't my taste.

Depends on what you've heard. I personally like all kinds of music and people that dislike one don't appreciate it's composition. Or probably don't know about the technical parts of your sound system and music theory in general. I like EDM, I like Pop, J-Pop, Rock, Metal, Classic, Jazz, Country, ETC. My current favourite would have to be Drum and Bass though so I'll throw that in the mix.
I like Monstercat, current favourite dubstep [and drumstep] as of now:
