Does cursing in the report thing count as actual cursing?

I don't think they should be punished. Usually when they use a curse word they are just quoting what was in the post.

I've given a 2-pointer to sergent once for saying in the report "Ban this MF already" for a small spam post. If they're quoting the post, don't punish them, but if they aren't just give them a small warning and maybe remind them that reports aren't censored.
