Don't worry, we only ban new accounts if there are too many of them per user and/or they are used for spamming or ban evasion.
Anyway, I added that inter-world teleport UI. I need to work out a few positioning bugs, but what do you think of it so far?

Once I complete the Forest, no -- you'll get to the forest by Teleporting to the Lagoon and walking to the left. When you get to the end of the World, it will teleport you to the right side of the Forest.
