Adverspam threads

You know what I mean -- those threads advertising some random product that look like they've been translated from German through Dutch and French into English on a free online translator?

For now, we just keep deleting them and warning/banning the users created for that... But is there some way we can make it harder for these (I almost want to say bots) spammers to advertise this useless junk? Should we add it to the rules that blatantly advertising a non-Buildism related product will result in thread deletion and multiple offenders will get perma'd?

Just ban them immediately, they are bots.

There are websites that actually pay people to solve CAPTCHAs so spambots can post on forums. :thumbdown:
