I understand some of you are and have been waiting for a period of time now but you have to understand we want to make sure we make the right choice. A mod will be chosen within the month of July.

Probably in July. But I think it should be picked during the school year so we can see how active someone is on an average day.

Patience is a part of a key to being a moderator. If you can stay calm and not get angered within a period of a month of waiting, then you truly deserve to be a moderator, especially if you have a good application.
