We had achievements for a short time several months ago, but I decided to bring them back. For a list of achievements and how to get them, click the title of the achievements box on your profile.

I would think two more achievements at max. That way, if somebody had all achievements, it'd look nice in just one row.
As for game making...users make games, not just Jacob_. Perhaps I am misunderstanding you?
