Actually those suits were around since MGS (1998)

I wouldn't say they look the same. The older ones look a lot more like the Hazard suit in the Half Life games.

It seems as if Link is going to catch up and be superior to Leonartist's skin making.

Leonartist is a great skin maker though and I changed my mind; he's the best one.
He makes new skins daily and many of which are not bad. I'm wearing one of his skins as we speak too. I seem like a hypocrite now.

Oak, I realize he's an amazing skin maker, but the problem is that every single skin he releases are just improvements on others. Back before the photo skins, all he would do is release leg fixes and more cyborg skins, which isn't bad, but it was nice to see variety.
His Optimus Prime and Raiden are his best work, for sure.
Anyways, the photo skins are absolutely atrocious. I know that they look okay as an avatar, but seeing how they are images ripped from other sources, and cut pasted to look like an avatar is a bit unoriginal.
Anyways, I respect your opinion but I do disagree, slightly. I think that he just needs a little more inspiration from other games/cultures, instead of just photo rips/retextures.
