Actually, 2/13/09 at 3:31:30 pm PST was the best.

roperson, the earthquake was on 3/11/11, when you add that to 9/11/01 you get 12/22/12. Whoever started that (I read it on Facebook a few months ago) changed the date by one day to make it fit.
