Not really. When a few goes sleep there might be 1-2 online and sometimes nobody.

It's not so much ratio of mods to users we're looking for -- it's mods on whenever there are users on. There's always somebody who can lock a spam thread, warn a user, delete a bad post, at all times. At least in theory.

Happened to me 5 times that I was the only one online at buildism... no others.

It happens to me a lot. It's common to be the only one on between 3-6 CST.
