How do i move around the map?

I can't seem to move around the map in Build mode. What do I do?

Oh wait, I think I misunderstood

Right click and drag while holding down the right mouse button

Click the Add Character, and then click the green play button on the top of the game screen. Add Character is on the left side of the screen.
