You know those spam skins? That can be stopped with a Preview Skin button. At the Preview Skin page, you should have two options: Cancel and Submit Skin. That way you won't have to hit the back button to re-browse and upload it.

Another Idea; Skin moderation, all skins must be approved by the mods before showing up on the skin page?

I'm neutral on that as of now. When we get more people is when I believe it is needed.
