Can you play 2DWorlds on Ubuntu? [Solved]
#1
When I played a game, it just didn't allow me to. I tried to install the latest version of Java and I don't know how to. I have Version 12.04 of Ubuntu. Please post serious answers and no Jokes or Sarcasm.

I don't think it does.
It probably works on Linux though. Ubuntu is a modded version of Linux, am I correct?

You have to install a Linux version of Java.

If you didn't know the Ubuntu was Linux, you shouldn't be running Ubuntu.
#5
What is the difference between Ubuntu and Linux then?

I know Ubuntu is Linux based and Myem, I installed it because Windows Vista on my laptop broke and was unstable. Ubuntu is never unstable for me so far as of 16:55(4:55 PM) hours of March 17, 2013. I actually had Ubuntu since March 1st.

Isn't there a way that you can uninstall Ubuntu perhaps? Also 16 hours isn't much to be counted as stable.

Yes, on the community help pages there are some automate scripts that can do it for you.
I honestly could never get it to work without them.
