In-N-Out is the best. No exceptions.

All fatty places.
But KFC is the best if they don't give you just crust on your chicken.

Name a place other than In-n-Out where you can get 100 patties and 100 slices of cheese on one burger. Hint, there isn't one.

McDonalds < Wendy's < Burger King < Hardee's (Carls Jr. in the west) < Five Guys. I've never seen an In-n-Out.
Longhorn Steakhouse actually has my favorite burgers but they're not exactly fast food.

I can't eat at Five Guys and Fries or Longhorn Steakhouse. Both of them have peanuts. Same with Chik-fil-A. (Or however you spell it. Given their ads I don't think they care that much how you spell it.)
The service at Burger Kings near wherever I've lived have been terrible more often than not (I've literally waited a half an hour at a BK drive through with only 5 cars in front of us when we ordered a couple of Whoppers and fries before), but the food is usually decent.
I'd have to say, McDonald's < Hardee's (never eaten there much) < Jack In The Box (decent everything but nothing great) < Wendy's < Burger King < Arby's (not really burgers, but those Classics are good if you have the coupon) < Cook Out (I don't think there are any outside of the Carolinas).
Cracker Barrel has the best burgers I've ever had from a restaurant, but they aren't fast food at all.
