Don't feel too upset if Jacob_ decides you still need to wait a year or longer, but I think there's precedent for this. Luckyone is back. Fish and Glome were allowed back on secondary accounts for periods when their main accounts had been permanently banned. It's not a given, but I'm going to led Jacob_ decide if you should be let back with Mustachio.
