The game itself isn't going to be updated officially anymore, but since it's open source there's nothing stopping other people from submitting updates and having them added to the game, or even making a clone of Buildism with a different name.

The community isn't growing very much, but we have a solid group of people who aren't going anywhere, we have a few "part-timers" who check it out every once in a while, and we have a few new members who aren't bots who stick around for at least a few days.
