No, and Jacob_ wouldn't be considering Fire/Land/Sazaho 2.0 for mod if he ever decides to start reviewing new applications.

They were all "good" but they went inactive soon after becoming moderators.
Although, to be fair, they'd all been very active members for a reasonably long period of time before becoming moderators.

Being a mod was probably a goal for those people, and once they became a mod they said to themselves "screw it, I'm done, I already completed my goal".

Sazaho was one of the first mods; he was basically inducted, he didn't apply. So that doesn't apply to him. Land was already becoming inactive, and I don't really know what happened to Fire and Ice.
