Should I make my skin public?
#1
In other words, should I put it on the skins page for other users to take? Big Grin (Yes, it has arms and a head, they are just hard to see because they are white like the background.)

Personally, I don't think many would care; it is a skin. There are plenty more, and if they don't like it, they could create one.

What if they want my skin, but don't know how to make it?

Fill head and arms with white. Fill torso and legs with black. Draw green rounded rectangle in the torso. Add 3 4-pixel paint-brush dots. Add 4 2-pixel paint-brush dots.

Or just copy http://buildism.net/game/getskin.php?u=realnashboy24

No offense or anything, but you'd have to be extremely untechy to not be able to.
