Guys, I don't know if Jacob told you guys or not, but the only IP'd user on Buildism is Fish, correct me if I'm wrong. This is why Kieron was allowed back on the site. So if you believe you have caught a previously IP'd user check up with any other mod(s) or Jacob himself.
