Yeah, the reason I like Paint.NET is because you can have Transparent images. Only if you know how to in MS Paint, and it's not easy to transparence it.

Yeah, ditto. But I like the tolerance enhanced filters and gradient that you can use, not to mention the colour mixer.

Also the rotating and ability to soften and add effects.
