Asking to be moderator = you're probably not going to be a moderator.


When we do get new mods, there's a separate forum that opens up for applications. And we have dozens of users who have been around for more than half a year that would have a better chance -- roperson, Hippo_Yay, and Who come to my mind as good active choices.
