Look at Ashely. Spreading herself thin across multiple sites. How do you have enough time to moderate the 3 or 4 sites you're admin/moderator on?
Do you have the ability to slow down time?

Chobots users are so helpful apparently.. It's like an episode of the Twilight Zone. I asked one person for help and it's like 10 different users are messaging me going:
