i is imaginary, yet that doesn't mean 1/0 is imaginary... it can be any number, right? That's why they call it undefined. I think you could also say 1/0 = ∞.

You have a point. When dividing 1 by 0 is pretty much the same as dividing by ∞. That could be any number starting in 1-9, so it could be: 1 .5 .333 .25 .2 .1667 .142 .125 .1 Then followed by a recurring amount of numbers between 0-9, which would still give you a number between 0-1, unless that number is a recurring 0, then you get caught in a paradox. |
