What it does is adds categories for users to rate posts. For example, you can rate a thread "Winner", "Agree", "Disagree", etc.

It works! You might want to include the other .php files in the download instead of having the plugin create them, since most webservers don't let PHP scripts create files unless the directory is set to allow them to (which is a security risk). Also, don't use short tags.
