This may not work entirely properly, please report any bugs!

This tool will fire a short burst of energy, which upon hitting any non-locked Box or Circle will shrink that box or circle slightly.

It would add quite a bit of complexity, plus it currently unanchors anything it shrinks -- which would cause issues with models. If it didn't, then things would end up floating in mid-air (or moving down when they shouldn't).
