I think every moderator does a great job, but I think they do some things less somtimes.

Like Paradox, he doesn't do enough bans/warning points to people. He only gave me two warning points in total on the old Buildism.

noob007 is starting to get more and more inactive. I don't know what else to say.

Qwertygiy is fine, but he is also getting slightly inactive. Not as much as noob007.

Fat_Sacks is fine, I see no problem with him.

Any other moderator I didn't say is fine too, or not fine. Depending on the amount of activity in Buildism.
