What type of games do you think Buildism needs?

I think that we'd need some sort of elemental RPG game here similar to runescape.
A game where we build houses or regular plots of land and can sell them to others with in-game currency.
We'd also need some sort of hangout game (like a pizza place RP or a donut shop).
More entertaining obbys.
Lots of fun competitive racing games and more
