I'm sure there are some pixel artists here that can do that.

"Someone" thought my red head was a normal head, and not a bigger head.

I know players can draw their own hats, but it would look better if there were bigger hats that go on top of character's heads

Look better and more realistic.

I scripted a hat for my Obcourse, back when welds were hilariously buggy. Now that hat is hilariously buggy.
