I don't think you copyrighted any skins. I don't even think you can copyright a Buildism skin.
And skins are broken anyway at the moment.

Yes to the first, no to the second.

According to the terms of service:

TOS Wrote:Ownership - Anything you submit to Buildism belongs to you--we won't try to sell or take credit for anything you made. However, we may use user-created items for the purpose of promoting Buildism.

So, if you stated the rules of your copyright in the description of the skin, you have copyrighted the skin -- same as you can copyright Minecraft mods that you made. However, I am pretty sure nobody has copyrighted any skins.
