Go here. Click "Launch App" in the upper right hand corner, and you can mess around with synthesizers, drums, timelines, effects, and soundclips before saving (as a draft, for your updating use only) or publishing it (for everyone, takes a while).

You don't need an account to use the editor, but you need one to save.

Can I post songs that aren't new?
Because it will be a while before I get my newest song recorded/uploaded.

Sure, since as long as it hasn't been posted in the thread already, it's new to us.

How is this Inportaint?

Because it saves a lot of threads -- me and toast, at least, will be making songs quite often, and other users might too.
