It says he was banned and I saw it said for one day! He didnt read it all but only cought "Banned" xD!

When someone get ip banned. Is it from the ip that they signed up on or the ip that they got banned from.

Another question: When mods track an IP. Can they track any IP that the user signs in on. Or just the IP that they signed up on?
