SpamAlt is a user - new, who just came here to spam. There are people who spam just to spam. All sites have spammers. He is under no proxy, and has no other registered users. He's just that one user who spams.

Instead of IP Address #, it displays the IP address number of the user, and when clicked, does this:

Just like when you click on "IP Address Logged"

I do, I like to play SimCity 4 Delux, Cities XL, SimCity Societies (Received a lot of negative reception, but to me it's quite decent and I end up playing it for hours sometimes.), SimCity Creator (Ironically it's the newest Simcity but that's how I discovered the SimCity series. I have a city with over a million people... hehehe), and I think that's it.
