I made a image and i want to insert it in my Signature, but its saved in my computer and when i try to upload it it needs an URL, ( http:// ) what do i do?

Whenever I get a skin (either from the catalog or by the "Change" section in my profile. I get nothing! I don't know why this is happening, is it because I have to wait a bit? :|
