A million miles down - Sazaho - 08-12-2011

Everytime I open up my game: sTrAnGe WoRlD in build mode, the actual level (what I have built) appears a LONG way from the camera start position, and has repeatedly forced me to have to zoom all the way out and back in just to find it. This is a great inconvenience as I am constantly building my game in short bursts and then testing it.

Please could someone tell me what is wrong and how to counter act it.

View >> Reset Camera

Damn, it didn't work- instead it took me back up to the original camera view. :o(

Than my guess is that you have the map really far away. :3

probably true- time to unlock everything and move it a million pixels upwards in hope of not breaking anything to salvage my game. :/

Before you do that try this.

Select a box in your map and copy it's position and put that position in the camera position.

If you name a box "Ground" the camera will center itself over the box when you load the game.
