If the moderator is lazy and doesn't do their job, then yes it could slip past a moderator. The report button is there for a reason but you have to understand this; we have moderators for a purpose.

Mods can't be on 24/7 (or 12/7, for 2 mods). It's nice to have some vigilantes to help within their power from time to time.

That is why it is appropriate to have mods in different time-zones (like one in PST, another in EST and another in GMT).

Because we only have about 20 active members. 1:10 is a good ratio for mods to members.

10? More like 20-25 active users.
In the past 3 days it's increased a lot now I'd say we have 30-40 active users.
