Maybe you could try a different video uploading site.
Or try the HTML5 video tag... but that wouldn't work with the forums though.

Hmmm... I remember brassrhino saying he was able to upload videos longer than 15 minutes. I have no idea how he did it but it wouldn't hurt to ask him.
Anyway I don't really know any good video uploading sites other than youtube.

I know only two- YouTube and Vimeo (I think that's what it's called)
