probably no sexual referencing as one, but since there are no actual guidelines to it.

I don't think there are any special guidelines, however, I would not put any ecchi-like skins up.

A guy on the old site made a Hitler skin for parody purposes. If you do it to try to be HAIL HITLAH N EVERYONE B NAZIS then yeah, it'd probably get deleted, but if not... you have precedent of a sort.
