How I see it:
It can be worse.
I think as long as it's PG, I'm fine. I mean...it would be worse if it didn't keep the skirt :/
And it's not necessarily naked as there is a top.
BTW, I think McNoobster means that Ashley's shirt would be considered a tank top by school and not a shirt.
