Ok, I found a new one, its called 1916 - Der Unbekannte Krieg:

There is a story found in notes, a shame those notes are in German. But from what I can tell you are a German soldier in a trench ,while French ( I think) and Germans are fighting....something appears in the middle of the fight to kill both of them, the point is that you must scape by finding a ladder

The graphics are good but what this game has is an excellent animations, it really looks like you are that soldier!
