I tried to help in the other thread you posted about this, but I can't unless you show me what's on your Java console, and you said it didn't work. Either you aren't doing it right or your Java installation is messed up, and I'm not the best one to ask about that.

You could try going to Start>Run, typing "psr" and hitting enter, and then clicking Start Record, doing whatever you did to get the blank Java console to show up, then clicking Stop Record and posting or PMing the resulting .zip file as an attachment.

Wait can you please be a bit more explanatory? I am on the "psr" thingy and I don't know exactly what I should film with the problem solving recorder or whatever it is called.
