Please I need your guys help!

Its not the fact that they dont wanna do it but when I try to start a film they are all doing something different and I am trying to tell them to do certain things on cue,get them to stand still,be quiet,ETC. Sometimes they dont like my ideas so they do there own and it gets me really annoyed. It surprised me I was able to even make that video! Next week I am going to try to pull off making a music video because all it will be is them dancing and that wont be hard to get them to do.

Acting is not easy, there is no audience who is easier or harder to control. You just need someone who is willing to do it who knows how to play multiple facades that don't look forced.

Let me interpret the video into a movie scene...

So this topless guy goes to a bank.
Some terrorist sneaks into the bank waiting for the right time to massacre.
The terrorist starts shooting resulting in one injury.
However the mafia comes to get their deal.
The terrorist denies it but loses his gun, so he tries to outrun them.
They got in a ninja-like fight.
The terrorist got his heart sliced and his body in blood.
The medics tried to get the topless man while he was unconscious but it was too late.
Topless man died.
