"The amendment prohibits the making of any law ... abridging the freedom of speech."
Therefore, your argument is invalid. We are not part of the US government. We are not making US law.

Yes. And the first amendment says nothing about having to be able to insult people on the Internet. It merely says the US cannot make a law saying you cannot insult people on the internet.

There is a Buildism rule against it. And there is no law against the rule. Therefore you are not free to do it.

If you feel as if you have been banned for a invalid reason or a moderator isn't acting right towards you message Jacob. Posting it on the forums will only get you in trouble. .....and cause drama.

Why can we not get it into your head?
THE FIRST AMENDMENT PROHIBITS THE US GOVERNMENT FROM MAKING A LAW ABRDIGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
THE TENTH AMENDMENT ALLOWS THE PEOPLE TO MAKE ANY RULES THEY SEE FIT AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT CONTRADICT ANY EXISTING LAWS.
THE PEOPLE (THE MODERATION TEAM OF BUILDISM, IN THIS CASE) HAVE MADE A RULE STATING THAT YOU CANNOT POST INSULTING MATERIAL ABOUT ANOTHER USER ON THE BUILDISM FORUMS OR COMPLAIN ABOUT MODERATION ACTIONS ON THE BUILDISM FORUMS.
THE MODERATION TEAM OF BUILDISM IS NOT THE US GOVERNMENT.
