THE TENTH AMENDMENT ALLOWS THE PEOPLE TO MAKE ANY RULES THEY SEE FIT AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT CONTRADICT ANY EXISTING LAWS.

THE PEOPLE (THE MODERATION TEAM OF BUILDISM, IN THIS CASE) HAVE MADE A RULE STATING THAT YOU CANNOT POST INSULTING MATERIAL ABOUT ANOTHER USER.

THE MODERATION TEAM OF BUILDISM IS NOT THE US GOVERNMENT.

Those 2 laws contradict eachother.

And remember, thanks to the English invention of the WWW, you also follow British Laws, which cancels out the both of those laws.
