You clearly haven't heard more than just the first few seconds.

What you gotta learn is that MLP will always be that "popular unpopular" show, it has terrible story writing since the characters are ponies, I can't connect with ponies.

That's not entirely true, you can connect with anything that has a personality you feel related to

You gotta learn that you have terrible taste and you can relate to any character if you actually watch the show.

I personally find the show bland and boring.
Especially when it gets to season 2, it's like only playing call of duty for months straight, it gets boring after awhile.

Yeah, I find season 2 a bit less exciting than season 1, but it has a way better soundtrack than season 1. But it's no where as stale for me, I'm even re-watching the show and I still get pretty entertained by the episodes.

Which is one of the reasons why I don't watch it. It's also why I'm not going to start reading the only fiction books currently available to me, which are the first half of A Series of Unfortunate Events.

There are some things you don't want to feel a connection to.

Ah, but you can't connect to the characters in a Series Of Unfortunate Events because it's so badly written :3
