Since it's complaining about a missing file, try manually installing it from my working .buildism folder.

http://www.mediafire.com/?vr9txltpjddqaaz

Download it, then copy the .buildism folder from inside it and paste it inside %temp%. It should say something like "Do you want to overwrite this file?" Check "Yes to all".

Then launch the editor and see if it works.

How do I download it using winrar?
I don't pay for it btw, and I can't figure it out..
