What's wrong with using CamStudio for recording?

When I use CamStudio, the quality goes awful.

I Recorded all of the Buildism YouTube videos with CamStudio. Use the lossless codec: http://camstudio.org/blog/camstudio-loss...4-released

Works like a charm.
