If you want a good game creation program, try Unity3D. It works similar to Roblox's editor (Eg. View window, hierarchy window, properties window, etc) and you can compile games into a simple exe file.

I have tried that once, the only thing that confuses me is how do I make a third person game. I only know how to make it first person.
