Remember, the more you download, the slower the start up for PAINT.NET is.
So it'll take a while for it to open, just let it load everything.

It be funny if someone made a better program than Photoshop. Then someone will say "HA PHOTOSHOP; IN YOUR FACE!"

But...Nothing beats Photoshop!

Photoshop > Paint.NET > GIMP > MS Paint > Drawing on a piece of paper

Drawing on a piece of paper > photoshop > Paint.NET > GIMP > MS Paint
