Hey, since we're already mentioning WTP, there is NO TV show song out there, ever, that can hold up to the old theme song. Period.

Interwebster; Don't just follow the fad. >_>

I'm not trying to follow any fads. I love the show.

So the recent and growing MLP:FiM fan base wasn't there to (indirectly?) influence you to "love" something you just "genuinely" show interest in?

Well if you put it that way, then yes. In fact it was more like I was pressured by some of my friends to watch the show, so it was more directly. Basically what I'm saying is that I watched it because I was curious and pressured into it, rather than watching it because everyone else is doing it.

You should of said to your friends "no", even if they pressured you into it. It is a bad show and was intended for the younger audience.

Just because it's intended for a younger audience doesn't mean it's bad.

I don't watch it, but it has good morals.

It's not really morals that make the show so appealing. At least for me, but it's the animation, voice acting, music and complex character development that really make it feel like a solid show. When I first saw some of the first episodes, I felt really nostalgic, and I believe most of that nostalgia came from the fact that it's a very solid cartoon and the last time I've seen any show that felt like that was back when I was 8 and that was around the time when there we many great cartoons on.

It is surprising that there's actually some decent cartoons still, especially when you look at Lunar Jim. God that show is awful...
