Another note, don't punish alts for previous actions, that is a punishment which is not allowed in our government. (using the same thing more than once to punish someone as separate charges)

So only punish an alt if the alt broke a rule.

It means punish an alt if they continue to do bad on their alt.

For example, Username didn't spam, he debated about his ban which is allowed and it did not turn into a flame war. However, the mods banned him, why? Because he is Kieron's alt.
