How do you guys feel about hiring a new moderator?

I vote land because he has been very mature and doesn't have any grudges against anyone (Broloxer has a VERY strong grudge against Kieron, which could lead to unfairly long bans).

At any rate, I do not think a new moderator is needed at the moment - I often see more moderators than users on at once. This seems to grow, and I feel the users need some other type of entertainment to stay active. A currency would make them want to stay on for daily currency.

Here are some signs we could use some more moderators, though:

-Thread(s) are left up for an over an hour that is inappropriate/spam/very offensive.
-People are acting more rule-breaking.

An amount of moderators does not equal great moderation in itself. From what I've seen, it's been doing quite well with only 3 - 4 moderators. Although, if it gets over-loaded, and moderators feel over-worked, then you'll know it is time to get another one.
